From inception, the management of Alexandria Carbon Black has placed a strong emphasis on training and implementation of new managerial systems. These initiatives include several important programs as the ISO 9002, ISO 14001 & TPM.

The Training Centre, established in 1997, helps the company conduct these and other activities as follows:

• Joint meetings with neighbouring companies on environment protection & anti-pollution initiatives.
  
  
• Training courses prepared by Company Training Manager and Professional Instructors from international companies on the basis of identified training needs of all individuals.
  
  
• Knowledge Management Lectures conducted by internal trainers and external speakers.
